How do I sign up for 7-Eleven Gold Pass™?

We offer a one-time FREE 30-day trial to all new members subscribing through the 7-Eleven app or the 7NOW app. When the trial is over, you will be automatically enrolled in 7-Eleven Gold Pass™ plan and the subscription amount will be charged to your selected payment method. Go to your account profile in the upper right corner of the app and select “Get the New 7-Eleven Gold Pass".

How much does it cost ?

The Standard 7-Eleven Gold Pass plan costs $9.95/month or $95/year. Students can save up to 40% on monthly and yearly subscription fees.

We accept credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Update your payment methods in the Payment Method section of your Profile.

How do I get my 7 FREE Drinks?

Answer

Each member of the program will receive 7 free drinks every month. Members can redeem 1 Free drink coupon per day. Open your Profile tab and navigate to the Subscriber hub to check your free drink balance. Free drinks may be redeemed at participating stores or through the 7NOW®/7-Eleven® apps. Free drinks include any size hot coffee, hot tea, cold coffee, cold tea, soft drinks, Big Gulp®, and Slurpee® drinks.

What is the 5¢/gal fuel benefit?

Subscribers save an additional 5¢/gal on top of all existing loyalty discounts every time you fuel up at participating 7-Eleven branded fuel stations. The discount may be applied either at the pump or through the mobile app.

What products are eligible for 10% 7-Eleven Cash?

Answer

7-Eleven Gold Pass™ members receive 10% 7-Eleven Cash on every eligible dollar for delivery and pickup orders through the 7-Eleven and 7NOW apps. You can use 7-Eleven Cash to cover purchases from restaurants, 7-Eleven, and to cover taxes, tips, and fees. You can’t use 7-Eleven Cash on alcohol, lottery tickets, or other restricted items. How will I receive the 10% 7-Eleven Cash?

7-Eleven Cash you earn is automatically added to your account alongside your 7-Eleven Wallet. You can view your balance anytime from your Manage Wallet screen in either the 7-Eleven or the 7NOW app.

How does 7-Eleven verify that I am a student?

Answer

Students will be given an option to verify their identity with ID.me in the 7NOW® or 7-Eleven® app. Users with an active student status at any educational organization are eligible. Verify your student status in the app with ID.me on the 7-Eleven Gold Pass™ hub.

What happens to my 7-Eleven Gold Pass™ student membership?

Answer

Students with an existing 7NOW Gold Pass™ subscription will be automatically migrated to the New 7Eleven Gold Pass™ membership and given a special discounted trial period of 6 months. Visit the 7-Eleven Gold Pass hub on the My Profile page to see the expiration date of this promotional rate. Cancel at anytime. An email notification will be sent 45 days prior the end of your promotional period with instructions to re-verify your student status.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Answer

Cancel any time through the 7NOW® app or 7-Eleven® app. In the 7-Eleven Gold Pass™ hub, select “Cancel My Subscription” at the bottom of the screen to cancel.

Benefits will remain active till end of your free trial. After the trial or the cancellation date, you will not be able to enjoy any of these great benefits!

Yes, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan term. Cancel before the end of your current term to avoid further charges. You may cancel from the profile page on your 7-Eleven or 7NOW app, or by contacting customer support.

Can I get a refund for any part of my 7-Eleven Gold Pass™ subscription?

Answer

Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions. For refunds of unused portions of yearly subscriptions, please contact customer care.
